Dear CIML Members, During its first meeting, the provisional Committee on Participation Review (CPR) related to OIML R 60 and OIML R 76 Declarations of Mutual Confidence (DoMCs) came to conclusions which were not fully in line with the specifications of OIML B 10-1 "Framework for a Mutual Acceptance Arrangement on OIML Type Evaluations". Therefore, the CPR proposed to submit five resolutions to the CIML for voting. These resolutions are related to the following points: - The signatories of a DoMC; - The establishment of one CPR for more than one DoMC; - The CPR voting rules; - The admission of new participants after a DoMC is signed; - The fees for peer assessments. During its 40th Meeting, the CIML decided to submit these resolutions to a postal approval. CIML Members may now register their electronic votes and submit comments for these five resolutions: - MAA Resolution no. 1 - MAA Resolution no. 2 - MAA Resolution no. 3 - MAA Resolution no. 4 - MAA Resolution no. 5 Each resolution is presented with an explanatory note. Please note that once you have voted electronically, it is not possible to change your vote, though once you have voted you may attach comments at a later stage.
