Subject:   OIML Leaflets and Posters - Reprints (Reminder)


Dear Colleagues,

If you would like to order copies of the Leaflets and/or Posters and have
*not* already done so, please would you kindly do so before the end of this
week so that we can place the order with the printer. Below is the text of
our original message dated 20 September 2005.

In Lyon the BIML staff distributed the new OIML "Leaflet" to delegates. PDF
files of the English and French versions may be downloaded here:

http://www.oiml.org/download/ (top of the page)

and we have since had a number of requests from Members for extra copies. We
also produced four posters containing the same information, which were on
show at our Congress Exhibition Stand (photo of the stand here:
http://www.oiml.org/lyon/photos/pages/26.htm ).

In order to reduce the cost of printing and shipping further reprints of
both the Leaflets and Posters we would like to group orders together in one
batch and therefore invite you to let us know at your earliest convenience
whether you wish to receive addtional Leaflets (please specify English or
French or both, and the quantity required) and also the Posters.

Due to the cost, we are only able to send one set of Posters to each Member,
but as many Leaflets as you like. Please also specify English or French for
the Posters.

Please reply to this e-mail with your requirements (the OIML will bear the
cost of printing and shipping) by 1 November 2005, on which date we will
send off a grouped print order.
