Subject:    Mailing #116: The Netherlands Issuing Authorities


Dear Colleagues,

We have been informed of the following two changes in The Netherlands'
Issuing Authorities:

i) NL2, NMi Van Swinden Laboratorium B.V., has been withdrawn as an Issuing Authority for OIML Certificates.

ii) NL1, NMi Certin B.V., is now ready to issue OIML Certificates for
Dynamic measuring devices and systems for cryogenic liquids, according to R 81
