Subject:    Mailing #117: MAA: Participation in the R 49 DoMC


Dear Colleagues,

In November 2005 the BIML sent out a call for candidacies for participation
in the R 49 DoMC.

As indicated in BIML Circular Ref. BIML 05/595 - attached, the deadline for 
Issuing Participants to submit their application and for Utilizing
Participants to send in their request was set at 31 March 2006.

The BIML now suggests postponing this deadline to 31 May 2006 to allow
more time for applications to be received.

Therefore, if you intend to become an Issuing or Utilizing Participant please
contact the BIML at your earliest convenience.
