Dear Colleagues,

The following status changes have today been made to the projects
posted on the Members' page of the OIML web site for online voting:

1) Test Report Formats withdrawn from voting (now officially
"Approved" under CIML majority voting rules and ready for editing/publishing):

- R 49-3 (providing that R 49-1 and R 49-2 are approved by the CIML at
its 41st Meeting)
- R 51-2 (providing that R 51-1 is approved by the CIML at its 41st
Meeting)

2) Projects withdrawn from online preliminary voting; final drafts now
being prepared by the relevant TCs/SCs for submission to the CIML at
its 41st Meeting http://www.oiml.org/members/ .

Note: the final versions submitted by the relevant TCs/SCs, including
the comments received during the preliminary vote, will be uploaded
under Item 8 on the 41st CIML Agenda page as soon as the BIML receives
them. The existing files are still available on the Members' home page:

- Procedure for the election of the CIML Presidents and Vice-Presidents
- R 49-1 (now available under Item 8.1 on the 41st CIML Agenda page)
- R 49-2 (now available under Item 8.1 on the 41st CIML Agenda page)

3) The only remaining project still open for voting is therefore the
OIML Strategy document, for which the deadline is 2006.09.15 and for
which only four counties have voted as at today.
