Dear CIML Members,

Following the CIML Meeting in Mombasa, a meeting was held with the
CIML President and Vice-Presidents, and the BIML management team
(Director and Assistant Directors), to address the principles of the
organization of the BIML.

Following the directions given by the CIML President and
Vice-Presidents, and after consultation of the BIML Staff, the attached
organization note has been issued.

This organization scheme comes into force as of today.
