2009.12.09: The page has been updated with a photo of the 2009 Award winner, Dr. 
Arnold Leitner (Austria) together with the Letters of Appreciation also 
given on the occasion of the 44th CIML Meeting in Mombasa.

A new page has been added with a text by Dr. Eberhard Seiler giving 
details of the Award made to Dr. Osama Melhem in the context of the "OIML 
Award for Excellent Achievements in Legal Metrology in Developing Countries".

original date of 30 November 2009.
