Subject: [BIML Mailing #330]: Participation in the Declaration of Mutual Confidence 
(DoMC) for Automatic catchweighing instruments (OIML R 51)

Dear Colleagues,

In BIML Circular No. 09-372/RG dated 17 July 2009 the BIML launched the R 51 DoMC 
and requested candidacies for participation. 

Until now, the BIML has received only two candidacies for participation 
(one from an Issuing Participant and the other from a Utilizing Participant). 

Please find attached BIML Circular no. 09/676 which has also been uploaded to 
the Members' page and which extends the initial deadline to 31 January 2010 to 
submit candidacies for participation.
