Dear Colleagues, Further to my e-mail of 29 January and reminder of 2 March, I would like to inform you that last week the Presidential Council discussed the comments which I had received on the draft revision of the Directives. I shall now be editing the draft to take account of as many of those comments as possible before distributing a new draft for CIML comment in early April. At the same time, I will distribute all comments received from CIML Members and my replies to them. If you have not yet sent me any comments on the current draft revision of the Directives (attached to my e-mail of 29 January) which you would like to be considered in the next draft, please send them to me by: Wednesday 31 March 2010 If you have already replied to my earlier messages, thank you for respecting the rather short deadline I set, and for your time. As I mentioned above, I will send you next draft in early April. This will have a deadline of three months for CIML comment, so I would be grateful if you could plan accordingly. This deadline will allow a further draft to be developed, on the basis of your comments, for presentation at the CIML Meeting in Orlando in September. In the meantime, please contact me if you have any further questions about the revision of the Directives. Best regards, Ian Dunmill Assistant Director, BIML ian.dunmill@oiml.org
