Dear Colleagues,

Please find attached BIML Circular no. 10/420 related to the periodic review of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) 
signed between ILAC, IAF and the OIML in November 2007. At ILAC's request, this review could also be the occasion 
to clarify what is meant by accreditation in the field of legal metrology. A proposal for clarification is given 
in the attached draft revision of the MoU.
