Dear Colleagues,

As of today, only 11 Member States and no OIML Corresponding Members have registered 
for the CIML Meeting which will take place in Orlando, Florida, USA.

May I remind those of you who need a visa but did not yet apply for it,
that the visa procedure takes time and that we advised you to lodge a
visa application at least 90 days in advance. 

As the CIML Meetings will start on 20 September, your visa application
should be made before 20 June.

I call your attention on this deadline, which could cause difficulties for your 
attendance if it is not respected.
