Collated CIML comments on the Draft revision of the Directives for OIML technical work with BIML responses

As promised in my earlier e-mail #381, please find attached version 2 of the 
collated comments on the draft revision of the Directives which inclides all 
comments received to date and responses to those comments.

The document has also been published on the 2010 CIML Workgroup
(http://workgroups.oiml.org/2010-ciml).

Dear Colleagues,

I have just realised that I forgot to attach two documents which are
referenced in the collated comments attached to my recent e-mail.  Please
therefore find attached:

- An explanation of the proposed "flat" structure for OIML technical work,

- Details of how current TCs and SCs would be transposed into the proposed
"flat" structure for OIML technical work.
