Dear colleagues,

Further to the enquiry on the revision of the Directives for OIML technical 
work launched in April 2011, I am pleased to inform you that 37 Member States 
have replied.

Please find attached a document giving the results of the enquiry and the 
comments received from Member States.

As mentioned in the document, the BIML is now taking these comments into 
account in developing a further draft, which will be sent to you for voting as 
soon as possible.  A proposal for the implementation of this revision of the 
Directives will be sent at the same time.
