Dear colleagues,

I sent you a PDF file of the results of the enquiry on the Directives on 23 
June 2011.  It appears that two problems exist with this file:

1)      Some people have problems with a software error in the file when using 
Adobe Acrobat. 

2)      The results shown for reply form 2 appear incorrect.

Please find attached a second version of the file.

In this file, the results shown on reply form 2 have been altered and a BIML 
explanatory note added to the comments for reply form 2.  I have also 
eliminated the software error.

Please delete the previous file I send you on 23 June and use the attached file 
instead.  I apologise for any inconvenience.
