Dear Colleagues: 

The 46th CIML Meeting in Prague, Czech Republic, is now only one month away.

Announcements for this very important meeting were sent to you by Chris Pulham on July 15, August 1 and August 16, 2011. 

All of the documents that are currently available can be found at http://prague.oiml.org/ciml.html  

On this website, you will find the Working Document in a zip file which contains the Framework Document 
and the Addenda for the appropriate Agenda item. The Framework Document contains additional comments on 
various agenda items and links to the Addenda. Also on this site and most important are the 
drafts of certain OIML Publications that will be discussed and voted on at the CIML Meeting. 
The format of this page is very much the same as that used in previous years, and so it is my hope 
that you can locate and utilize all of these documents easily. If however, you have any
suggestions on how we might improve either the notification process or the format of this website, 
please pass them along to me sp@oiml.org so we can consider them for the future.

Also, I would like to remind any of you that may not yet have registered for this meeting, 
or indicated a proxy, that time is running short. We need to receive your registration or 
your instructions regarding a proxy as soon as possible in order to ensure the required quorum is met.

I am very excited about my first CIML Meeting as BIML Director and all of us at the BIML have 
worked very hard to prepare materials for this meeting. There is a great deal of material to be 
covered at this very important meeting, but with good preparation I expect that all will go smoothly.
