As per BIML circular No. 11/472-LM which accompanied BIML mailing #438 on 2011.12.15, 
we would like to remind you that next Wednesday (14 March) is the deadline for 
casting your votes on the approval of OIML R 137 (Parts 1 and 2) "Gas meters".

The files concerning this Recommendation may be downloaded from the Members' 
page https://www.oiml.org/members

Should you encounter any problems in casting your vote, please do not hesitate 
to contact me either by e-mail or by telephone.

Please remember: 

1 - that it is one of your responsibilities as CIML Member to vote on draft 
publications submitted for CIML direct online approval or for CIML preliminary ballot. 
The "Directives for the technical work" also require you to give reasons for 
a negative vote; and

2 - that the importance of timely online voting in order to accelerate the OIML's technical 
work has been stressed at all recent CIML Meetings.

I will therefore be following closely the response to this approval and reporting in detail 
on it to the 47th CIML Meeting.
