47th CIML Meeting to be held from 1 through 5 October 2012 in Bucharest, Romania, is now open:

The site provides information on the meeting venue and accommodations (The Radisson Blu Hotel), visa requirements, 
and the CIML Agenda. Information about the local area and tourist information is also provided.

You are also asked to register online for your attendance at the Conference and the CIML Meeting.

You will find a form to book your hotel room(s) at a special rate at the Radisson Blu Hotel. Note the deadline for 
reservations is 5 September. However, the number of rooms may be limited, so please plan to 
book your room early. Also please read carefully the cancellation policy of this hotel.

If you need to apply for a visa you can download the Romanian Government Official Invitation to help 
you in this procedure. Please plan carefully and allow enough time for obtaining your visa.
