Please find below some important last minute information concerning our Bucharest meetings.


1) Online registration for the meetings is now closed. 


2) For those Member States who have ** not ** yet sent their written confirmation designating the 
official delegation for their country for the OIML Conference, you are kindly invited to do 
so immediately. Please send your confirmation DIRECTLY to Mrs. Patricia Saint-Germain 
(Administrator, Members): patricia.saint-germain@oiml.org

3) A complete list of all the meeting documents (CIML and Conference) is available here:

4) Eight (8) additional files are currently available (more may be added prior to, during, or 
after the meetings) on our Plone Workgroups CIML page, here:

Files available on that page include Liaison organization presentations and also the 
reports by CIML President Peter Mason for both the Conference and the CIML.


5) The group photo will take place on Wednesday 3 October at 17:45 in the Hotel.

She is handling all the administrative aspects of the event.
