Dear Colleagues,

The CIML Preliminary ballot on the Draft Recommendation "Instruments for
continuous measurement of CO, NOx in stationary source emissions" was opened on
14 August 2012.  To date, only 25 Member States have voted.

I am sending this message in accordance with 6.5 of B 6-1:2011, which requires
the BIML to remind CIML Members to vote if a majority has not done so by the
deadline.

The deadline has now been extended until 31 January 2013.  I would like to
remind you that it is one of your duties as a CIML Member to vote on Drafts
presented for CIML preliminary ballot, as I ask all those CIML Members who have
not yet cast a vote for this Draft Recommendation to visit the Members' page
and vote before the new deadline.

I would also like to thanks those Members who have already voted, and to take
this opportunity to wish all Members a very proposerous New Year.
