We are pleased to inform you that the web site for the 48th CIML Meeting and associated events to be held from 7 through 11 October 2013 in Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam, is now open:

The site provides information on the meeting venue and accommodation (The Sheraton Saigon Hotel), visa requirements, 
and the CIML Agenda. Information about the local area and tourist information is also provided.

You are requested to register (and provide proxies) online for your attendance at the CIML Meeting.

You will find a form to book your hotel room(s) at a special rate at the Sheraton Saigon Hotel. Please note that the deadline for 
reservations is 6 September. However, the number of rooms at the discount rate is limited, so please plan to 
book your room early. Also please read carefully the cancellation policy of this hotel.

If you need to apply for a visa you may download the Viet Nam Government Official Invitation to help 
you in this procedure. Please allow enough time for obtaining your visa.

We hope you enjoy the site and we look forward to welcoming you to Viet Nam.
